We have worked with A.N.T Building on a number of projects and have recommended them to many colleagues and clients. They completed two new homes that Albert Hoggett Architects designed in Sydney’s Palm Beach.
The new homes were specified with a very high level of finish which required accuracy in construction due to fine tolerances. Whilst the homes were located side-by-side their composition was completely different. Each home is located over three levels, with four bedrooms, rumpus room, double garage and wet edge swimming pools and associated outdoor areas.
A.N.T Building proved to be professional, organised and conscientious Builders throughout the project. They showed a high level of expertise including a broad range of up-to-date knowledge of building techniques, materials and methods. They maintained rigorous levels of quality control throughout the project. The construction was completed in a timely manner and the builder did not “nickel & dime” the client.
A.N.T Building is headed up by Anthony Gleeson. I have always found Anthony good to deal with, always a “straight shooter” and is accommodating and pragmatic with his feedback and suggestions.
A.N.T Building’s collaborative approach with the architect during construction, will always result in a better end product for the client.
The A.N.T Building team displayed an enthusiasm and resolve to their work that is rare in the construction industry. They have an excellent team of skilled and professional sub-contractors and maintain a happy and well organised site.

A.N.T Building and Anthony Gleeson have constructed numerous homes for me and my family over the past fifteen years. The first project was a four storey house with swimming pool on a sloping block of land at Palm Beach, designed by architect Susan Rothwell. This project was completed with a high level of finish throughout.
A.N.T Building then undertook a conversion of a duplex building to a single quality residence, which involved significant engineering complexities.
In 2010, A.N.T Building constructed two homes for me in Point Piper designed by leading architect Andrew Burges. The residences were on a steeply sloping waterfront block, which created significant access and other issues. Despite these challenges, A.N.T Building was able to complete the construction to a very high standard, within time and cost estimates. This project also included the construction of a high level waterfront boathouse containing bathroom, kitchen & dining facilities.
Later in 2013, A.N.T Building carried out the full renovation of a large historic home at Woollahra for us. This involved the conversion from commercial use to a family residence and included the installation of a new kitchen and bathroom and the strengthening of the fabric of the historic house, which was built in the 1850’s.
All these projects were completed within time and cost constraints and we have always been very happy with the quality of the finishes achieved.
