Alterations and Additions

Using structure as finished components, this house is minimalist, yet extremely detailed in design. Extensive use of steel and masonry create an almost clinical finish to the house.

 

The garage and top floor of the house sit at street level while the three floors below are nestled in the hillside of Balmoral. All levels including the pool overlook Balmoral / Middle Harbour.
