This finely detailed residence comprises of four bedrooms, two with ensuites and private terraces, living, dining and rumpus areas opening onto terraces via large bifold doors, and a cinema room with a curved coffered ceiling and fibre optic lighting. Built over three levels all living areas are Italian limestone with under floor heating. The master bedroom includes a WIR with a motorized clothes conveyor and an outdoor bath on the private terrace. The terrace off the rumpus room flows out into the cabana and the D shape pool with wet edge.
