Alterations and Additions

This was a total renovation of an existing 1970’s residence. The ground floor accommodates a large living and dining room leading on to a north facing deck via large sliding glass doors. The kitchen and family room overlooks the pool and gardens at the rear. Adjacent to this area is the home theatre/entertainment room. Four bedrooms, two with ensuites, one with a private terrace are located on the first floor via an open timber staircase and generous vestibule overlooking the rear yard.
